Hi Rajesh, DA of both domains is very low. If you are buying just because they carry page authority, you can avoid them BUT if one or both of these domains are keyword rich, are aged then it's upto you... you might find them/one useful. It depends on the purpose what you want the domain for. Is it for building website on that you want the domain for OR for its link juice and things like those.

Domains should be evaluated not just by their DA/PA, BUT other factors too like, the number of backlinks, proportion of DF and NF links and above all the DA of the linking domains.

Expired domains have low metrics, because they have expired...

You should base your decision on the quality of the backlinks they have. Whichever has the most high quality backlinks, that is the one to go with, assuming the domains are clean and everything is equal.

Check the backlinks and decide.
