Which exchange allows withdrawing cyrptocurrency to personal wallet in India?

If you do KYC, then coinbase wallet lets you withdraw money. Coinbase site is not allowing transactions but wallet app is still working. You can use it.

Edit: Just checked Coinbase, Trust wallet, and Metamask. None of them had the option to sell or withdraw crypto. You can only send, receive, and purchase crypto. This could be due to Indian Govt regulations.

Coinbase left Indian market long ago.

I would not mind KYC.

But Exchanges in India don't allow withdrawing crypto to personal wallet unless it's registered with a name on a different exchange. I want to buy and withdraw in my own wallet.

you can use this service with P2P on several exchanges, such as Binance

You can use P2P for that, many exchanges have P2P available

Binance and ByBit P2P work
In many cases bank accounts are getting freezed in p2p transaction. And the ask price is 10%+ in most cases.

I personally use Bitget. They have a slight withdrawal fees but overall, it's pretty good
Thanks for the recommendation. Can you confirm that I can buy USDT at market price and withdraw to my wallet easily without any hurdles?

Nah you can't buy it at market price. Mostly I buy with p2p and the average price I pay is 94 INR. However, when you sell this, you can sell it easily for 94-95 INR in p2p. So doesn't make much of a difference

Wazirx is the best option. You can transfer your funds to there and then exchange it with INR.

Any Indian exchange will work for you. They all allow deposit from banks.
If deposit is done in INR then they don't allow withdrawing cypto funds. They allow withdrawing money only.
To withdraw crypto the receiving wallet shall be registered with same name (i.e on another exchange) wallet only

Coinbase does not provide services in India now.
