i found a niche with a two word keyword that has 6000 searches a month. The EMD is available.

However, i also found a three word keyword that has the first two words in it that gets 1000 searches a month. That EMD is NOT available but a prefix or suffix is.

    Example,

First keyword is "blue widgets" second keyword is "blue widgets review"

should I buy the EMD of the two word keyword and buy a separate domain for the three word keyword?
Or should I just buy the three word keyword domain with a prefix or suffix and optimize the site for both keywords?

    Thanks for your input

2 or 3 words don't make difference ! you should look to seo competition and how it's profitable ........

Pick the name solely based on the search volume, competition & CPC.

i've alread researched that stuff. and these two keywords fit good criteria. i am just asking about which domain to buy. The two word domain or the three word domain since the three word domain includes the two word keyword that gets 6,000 searches a month.

does google prefer to rank a 2 word EMD that is perfectly matched better than a 3 word EMD with an extra word in it?

if that was the example, i will go for bluewidgets.EMD and then get inner page for your 2nd keyword bluewidgets.EMD/review

    so i should buy "bluewidgets.URL" not "bluewidgetsreview.URL"

then create a post targeted to "blue widgets review" at "bluewidgets.URL/review" instead of "bluewidgets.URL/blue-widgets-review"

that is the best thing to do?
