which email provider allows sending of 100 emails immediately?

I need to sign up with a free email provider. I need to send 100 emails today so they must allow a new account to send 100 emails.
It can't be gmail
I have a cell phone to verify the account if that's necessary.
If the name sounds professional it's better (not something lame like at yahoo or at hotmail) <<< not a strict requirement, just better if it sounds professional

Thanks for the useless wikipedia link which doesn't mention all those providers will lock you out after sending 3 emails.
