Which email account are most easy to create?

Just to clarify, the only thing I need to do here is to create that page that "makes people believe" that I am a mail service provider, plus the contact form, right? I don't really need to be an actual provider, just a guy with a domain and some shared hosting plan that allows me to create emails, am I correct? If this so, are the emails not considered to be originating from one IP server address, and so if one is flagged, the whole server gets flagged? Please help me clarify this part. Thank you
I’m not 100% certain cause I’m not the guy who mentioned it but I did make a website as a fake email service provider. I made sure it contained all the HTML and CSS that a standard email provider might have. Pricing page, ToS, Privacy policy, basic stuff.

My site is NTMMail.com if you want to look. I don’t know if I’m doing it right but I had chatGPT help with it.

Then I’m just using Postale.io for having actual email. I don’t send any emails I just use the “catch-all” feature to receive verification emails.

Thank you very much. This is very helpful.

i used to rely on GMX.de emails before they made phone verification mandatory. I switched to outlook since it supports IMAP and 2FA for free, and it’s trusted by almost all websites.

But even outlook requires phone verification for bulk creation. Or doesn't it?

I use yandex, hotmail and proton. Its the best. You can use proxys. To create and with dolphin browser can you manage this accounts

I'll try these out. Thank you
In the beginnings i buy so many mail:pw combo lists. But there are to 90% useless.

You can buy a gmail school server and create many many accounts. But the invest in the beginning is 100-300$

Looking for a platform to create bulk accs
In 2025, Outlook and GMX are among the easiest platforms for bulk email account creation with fewer verification hurdles. Use residential proxies and proper warming to avoid bans. Avoid Gmail—it has stricter limits and detection.

No one mention but rambler is pretty easy to create and not need for phone verification. That is a big plus

Yes but with gmx when you have 1 wrong fingerprint or other IP they bann the account. Gmx are banned the most of my emails since 10 years

You will get many lots of platforms with these facilities.
I my experience Yandex is best for this option.

Right now, Mail.com and GMX are among the easiest for bulk creation less strict on phone verif. Yandex used to work too. For serious volume, use automation tools + clean proxies to avoid getting flagged fast.

The easiest email accounts to create in 2025 are:

  1. Proton Mail – No phone number required, fast setup.
  2. Tutanota – Privacy-focused, no personal info needed.
  3. Mail.com – Simple signup with multiple domain choices.
  4. Yandex Mail – Easy and quick registration.
  5. Zoho Mail – Offers free personal accounts with minimal verification.
