So long story short, I picked up two domain names last night. They're the same except for the extension, one is a .co.uk and the other is a .com

If I remember correctly, .com domains rank much better in google? But since the business is local I'm not sure which domain to use.

I'm thinking maybe use the .com as the main domain and have the .co.uk forward to the .com, any advice would be appreciated :)

    Thanks,
    Juubv

If you plan to target visitors from UK, use the .co.uk version. Also, set a geotarget filter for UK visitors on the Google Wembasters' tools.
