I've used both these plugins and they are both premium. They seem to do the same thing and I would like to put them one VS the other.

Scribe SEO is made by copyblogger, but seems not to be very useful for content marketing. Squirrly SEO, on the other hand, seems to have better user experience, but it's not made by a big name in content marketing.

Have you used them? Which do you think is better?

[UPDATE] Squirrly SEO has straight a to the point checklist of what you have to do to improve on-page SEO. And it is in real time.

Another thing to consider is Scribe SEO doesn't have an Inspiration Box and it costs around $90 / month. Squirrly SEO costs about $19.99 / month.

I haven't heard about wordpress seo squirrly but I'm gonna test it, I rather pay $19.99 then $90 if it gives me same value for my blog.

Thx for the tip

I installed Squirrly and got rid of it after ten minutes, it was asking to make automatic changes to my whole blog but wasn't specific about what it was going to change so didn't want to take the risk.

I installed squirrly to and it was quite specific what it will automatically do:

  • What does Squirrly automatically do for SEO?
  • adds the correct title in the home page
  • adds the correct description and keywords in all pages
  • adds canonical link in home page
  • adds the XML Sitemap for search engines: sitemap.xml
  • adds the required METAs for home page (icon, author, language, dc publisher, etc.)
  • adds the favicon and the icon for Apple devices.

I like the SEO Live flow when I write an article. Looks like a good one.

I'll use it and write some updates.

Squirrly SEO really works great for me. I got suggestions for keywords, has even a keyword research included.

The Live SEO shows how many words to enter for a good density. Also easy to insert tweets ... like Storify

I see the last update works even for shops. I guess is for product optimization.

UK company behind it. Nice
