    From the code generated by the Copyright protection on that site - it looks like it uses this plugin - https://github.com/wp-plugins/wp-content-copy-protector

    The reason you are unable to select the text on that site is because it appends a class called unselectable to the <body> asset of the HTML.

    It then further goes on to render text-selection obsolete by using CSS like so -

    Code:
    .unselectable {
        -moz-user-select: none;
        -webkit-user-select: none;
        cursor: default;
    }
    This renders the text unselectable.

    In conjunction with that, it also uses javascript to show a popup when a right click or double click occurs. So it's like a layer on layer of protection.

    If you wish to bypass it all - Delete all the offending code in Chrome's Developer Console and you should be able to copy.
