    Hi guys,

can you recommend me some motivation/inspiration books that you like? Or something about fiction?
Right now I am finishing "The Life" by Keith Richards from Rolling Stones and looking for something new for reading.

    Thanks!

I am still waiting for someone from here for some books, promised long time ago. Hope he will see this post and remember me :)

Any book by Dale Carnegie should change you in a more powerful and better person, in many and more ways than you think. Very helpful.

I like how the rulers of the Polis simply "happen" to be philosopher kings - not say "plumber" kings or "farmer" kings or "warrior" kings or "hair-stylist" kings. ;)

This is a common theme throughout the ages whenever a philosopher decides to "advise" on policy: "The good ruler is the one who follows the rules set by the right philosophy - and (what a miracle!) I just happen to be the right philosopher"

Life and Death Are Wearing Me Out by Mo Yan, a Chinese writer who won the Nobel Prize a couple of years ago. Great book, although a little long. It really gives you some insights into Chinese culture.

Archer, the book from the FX TV show. It's like a long, extra set of hilarious, behind the scenes treasures from this already great show.

It's from a German author but translated into the English 'One Trillion Dollar'. It's a few years old already so since the valuation of money is always going down you should think about higher amounts. It was pretty inspiring to me and a good read overall.

I should also point out that "The Tipping Point" is a must-read for virtually anyone wanting to be involved in business.
