Where's the most 'juicy' place on a website

Hi all,

I was just wondering if someone could advise.

A friend has offered to put a link to my website, from her site.

She isn't really bothered about SEO and link juice and all that... so she doesn't care where the link goes.

I do care, however... as I know that there are some places that are more 'vlauable' than others for link juice.

Where do I get her to put the link so thatI get maximum benefit.

She doesn't have a link page, nor a blog roll... so would from a post be the best place for link juice?

Maybe the page with the highest PR? If there is something like that since no SEO is done.

If its wordpress, the Menubar / Sidebars or Footer / Header. Basically anywhere where it is going to be shown on every page.

This way your site or url is shown on every single page. because when someone visits your site, the index.php calls the sidebar.php, footer.php, wp-blog-header.php, categories.php, etc... and if your url is on one of those pages, it appears on every single page, giving you as many backlinks as her site has pages.
