im looking to buy US trafffic. US only, i suppose canada would work too, but nothing international. i want some of these visitors to sign up for either the site as a member or as an affiliate, so it has to be quality i suppose. what would be a good site to go get some of that at without doing ppc?
im looking to spend only about 50-100 bucks. more in the future. but i would like it to be delivered very fast if at all possible as well. so... any suggestions ?

Use natural search for building unique members and traffic. That's what I always do without fail. Build the site and if the offer is good, then they will sign up.

If you are looking for affiliate traffic, mailing lists are the absolute BEST in the world for promoting your stuff for nothing upfront. Most people say that mailing lists are dead but that is all those things are, affiliate marketers and newbies trading affiliate links to promote and buying new products/services they don't know any better not to buy. Whenever I need affiliate traffic that I know will promote, I push a campaign out through free safelists. Nothing else like it. They won't buy anything from you unless you get super lucky but, they will promote the hell out of a site offer for you.

Don't buy your traffic unless you absolutely have to and at the money you are looking at, you are more likely to get burned with trash traffic than getting anything serious for your efforts.

ahh. thank you. well... i dropped my dedicated server, so as far as mailing list go... it would be rough, but not sure where i would get my email list. without getting blacklisted anyway.

hmm. Well you can get into those safelists systems by searching for ' free safelists ' on google and then signing up with a free email account, submitting your email offer through their user interface within their member's area. All emails that would come through the list would get posted in your list email and any responses would go through your site/offer contact info.

If you use a secure contact form on your site, you can attach any email to it and then respond that way, leaving yourself out of the need for a mailing list service in the beginning, moving backup to a server package if the campaign proves to be profitable enough to need it.

Let the affiliates you get form the safelists do the promoting for you to the end sales.

You just worry about seo and keeping that site alive and managing the inbound emails from the list, and the clients...to promote the site and to prevent the email account from getting flagged for any spam activity by being overloaded or whatever.

Simple really. Gurus won't tell you this but this is how they test their newest campaigns that no one knows about and then it comes up everywhere. They use affiliate sites to push it, building backlinks everywhere by the affiliates posting to promote it, traffic due to the affiliates in the members area and people checking it out, as well as adding to their own high-end promotion through their already high-end, top ranking site networks from previous campaigns and sales.

Don't use it myself because it doesn't make enough income to make it worth while, however, it might not be such a bad idea in this case, as the budget is smaller than average.
