I have been in Brazil now for 1 year, kind of sucks, usually I live in Thailand, but I want to see more countries. Any recomendations. My budget is like 1500 usd per month.
I was thinking about going to Ecuador, but I have heard that the temperatures are quite low.

How is with money, opening bank account etc.

Also I am interested in visiting Mexico, but crime kind of scares me.

You can try Costa Rica with $1500 you could make it... Or Nicaragua with $1500 you'll live pretty well!

Spain or greece or maybe cyprus

AFAIK Spain (mainland) is really cheap to live because of the economic issues with the country, the same applies to Greece too. if i were you i would find a quiet seaside location in which you don't see much tourists. Local dishes in both countries are really great. Away from all the tourist hunters you will find all these delicious stuff to eat. Another option would be cyprus. I think north cyprus is cheaper than south. Northern part is though not recognized as a state by lots of countries but that has also some positive sides.

Do you research beforehand but i would definitely choose one of these three

You are completely correct CR is filled with expats... Argentina they do speak Spanish but there are several monetary issues to get $ in and out, so if you get your income by IM it is not a recommended location.

Inland Spain is pretty great and affordable...

I would recommend Nicaragua, the beaches are beautiful, people are super nice, the culture is great, it is safe and the cost of living is as cheap as it gets in Central America.

1500 bucks a month? How can you afford the airfare to your next destination? Cambodia and Paraguay migt match your budget. No way you can live with that amount in Argentina, at least not in Buenos Aires.

If I were you, I would look for a country where I can stay longer without a visa, where services are cheap (dentists, car service, rents, medical insurance). What about the language and alphabet? Czech, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Greece, Cyprus or Romania are good choices in Europe.

yes easy. Cost will depend on where, the size of the house, quality etc.

lol, low temps? Not sure where you got your info from. But obviously it depends. If you go in to the Andes yes of course it will be cold sometimes, you will be 3-4000m high!

But if you go by the coast, you can expect temps of around 26c-38c year round.

The thing with Ecuador the coast are quite close to the Andes (relatively) so the weather can often be cloudy in some places. Also there are many very localised weather patterns.

Have lived there for 2 years now, so let me know if you have any questions

If you want heat, then probably Panama is the place to go for year round high temperatures. Panama City is a very modern city if that is your thing. But if you want to live in a village the amenities are not so high tech.

Sorry buth with 1.500USD you CANT like brazil, it will suck (i live here)

For this budget, you should try Peru, Ecuador, i dont know. Even Argentina might be expensive for you, even thought you can change dollars for a lot of pesos if u know where to do it (not in oficial houses)

    Regards

Morocco, Marina Smir, in the city of Tetouan. Right on the cost of the Mediterranean. Beautiful rolling mountain views, crystal clear water fall swimming holes & a short ferry ride over to Spain. The food is top notch, the women are beautiful, the hash is pure & a pretty active night life. I've got a luxury condo thats just sitting there, right next door to the new Ritz Carlton golf course & on the same street as the kings summer palace. Might be able to work something out if you're the right candidate =)
