Where to spend 200$ to promote website

I'm wanting to promote my 2 week old dating website for plus size women and their admirers, whats the best way to spend 200$? I can't use pof ads because my site is completely free. Adwords would eat up my 200$ in a few days at 2-3$/click, what are my options for this type of site for the best bang for the buck? goal = get quality members to sign up/post profile/reply to other profiles

Advertise on BHW
FB targeted ads is better, cause you will target and will recieve cheaper clicks.
 
I can tell you right now that advertising your site on POF is probably the #1 way the go...

I was also confused by the notion that POF wasn't an option because your site is completely free. But, you seem to be trying to build a community, so it seems like POF would be well targeted. That said, I think FB is your best bet like many others said.
