    Hi!
Like month ago i made a new site at gaming niche and im earning by content locking.
This month i earned 21$ so far but i need money badly for a BST theard so i decided to sell it.
Yesterday it had 330 uv and it's #8 at first page...with almost no competition.
If you will modify this site and do a bit of seo you can easilly earn more than 1k$ monthly.
Where should i sell it? I don't want to use flippa.
    Thanks

Why wouldn't you want to go Flippa way? I know it costs a bit to get your site listed there, but you have a bigger chance to sell it. Don't try eBay or anything like that, as sites there go for peanuts.

Regarding the BST thread - where are you going to have it? If here on BHW, it will cost you a bit more than $100, as you need a donor status before being allowed to post a BST, and then you have to pay some more to get the actual thread up and running.

You can try to sell it in almost any SEO forum. Flippa is specialized for selling websites but you may have to post a listing fee of around $20, try to sell them at digital point it may be better.

flippa has a solid buyer base.. so the chances of selling your websites are quite high.. however you will not get great prices..

If you can get 10 x earnings (which is tough for a new site with such small earnings) then you should be able to manage $210 out of it. Factor $19 Flippa fee + perhaps a few others and you might end with $165-180

Don't be in a rush to flip it, though. Getting a bit higher in SERPS and pushing the $50-75 / month mark will increase your value considerably.
