    just a correction in "spelling"
    it's

    "sell" and "selling"

1,5 years? What makes it so special? I had a domain 11 years and few months, wasn't worth $400, nor $300... it was premium still... not worth $2,500.

If you want to sell your site then you should go to flippa.com. It´s the biggest site flipping network out there. You could also sell it elsewhere (like on douchepoint), but I wouldn´t reccomend that...

PS: The value of a website will be evaluated by the buyers on flippa mostly by the amount of money you are already earning with this site... also a factor is PR, unique visitors, etc. etc. A website-valuator will not be really helpful, and I´m not so sure if you will really get $2,500 for your site... that really depends on the criterias that I have named above. I evaluated once a brand new blog with about 3-4 articles in it and it said it was worth $400, so these evaluation-sites are pritty useless!

Most likely you will get $10-50 for a site that isn´t making lots of money and hasn´t a lot of visitors, etc.

PS: the only fact that your site is indexed is also worth $0. What would really matter is your position in SERPS.

--> thats not really the answer to his question, isn´t it?

I was trying to explain that 1,5 years.... can't sell for $2,500 bcs online tools which tell u how much ur site costs, are totally wrong, not trying to put him down, it's reality.
    I made a site, added 2 articles, boom worth $3000 :D

It dosnt matters how many years the domain is.
What matters is the content and type of nitch along with visitors.

You won't sell it for any good price unless its a good domain, for example short or highly searched keyword.
