I am in the process of selling a bunch of websites I've developed over the years but are neglected now due to lack of time. I've developed both Whitehat websites and Blackhat websites but I'm getting rid of them all due to focus on a large $1M project.

Strictly speaking about my Blackhat sites, I have one in particular worth in the neighborhood of $100,000, a few worth around $50,000, and some worth peanuts in the $1,000 -$10,000 range.

My question is where is the best place to sell sites of this caliber? Where can I find Blackhat individuals with capital in this range? Is there a special BH community I don't know about?

    Anyone experienced in this genre?

HAHA, I know but I couldn't find a recent website for sale there sold for more than $200; it's full of other crap people are peddling.

I need some sort of broker or something but that deals with Blackhat sites. These sites are literally raking in huge amounts of income per month on auto-pilot--but I've had to remove the "buy now" links on some of them because I have no time to deal with those sites.

How "black" are these sites? What prevents you from listing them on flippa, for example?

    palitou-

There are not that "black." Essentially downloadable digital products, nothing a little off-shore hosting and anonymous domain couldn't handle. As I have been told; however, this won't fly on Flippa. They are auto-collecting income monthly from 2K to 70K.

Meathead doesn't allow "warez" though. It's not a huge warez portal, just small sites selling a single downloadable product but without consent from the owner. Again, nothin anonymous off-shore hosting and anonymous domain name couldn't handle.

If you do anything....don't sell it on DP.

Your $100,000 site will go for about $800. They're morons. There's not enough traffic here at BHW to be honest. If you can make an interest in your sale elsewhere this would be a good place to sell it from, but use an escrow service.

flippa is basically it for selling sites. You may be able to slip it through if you do a quick auction. The worst they can do is take your $19. You can try ebay. Honestly your best bet is to contact someone personally you know that may be interested and sell it to them. If you don't know anyone, then spend some time building up a few simple sites and sell them. After you sell about a dozen small sites (which you'll make good money off of too btw) you'll know at least someone who can shell out $100k and you'll trust them.

Remember....Get paid through PayPal, send the files on a cd through UPS with tracking and with an invoice from paypal. Once it it received then and only then transfer the domain over. If a buyer doesn't like that then find another buyer.

It is hard to get real value for black hat sites, when you buy one you take the risk you will be shut down from some reason so the fact the site makes money is something you don't count on.

If you have some money makers take an employee to take care of them and pay him from the money the sites earn, this is a great way to scale up your business.

If you pick the right people you can end up leading a team that makes a lot of money even if you don't have a 1M dollars site.

If you're interested in a direct sell, send me an email (or call) and we'll talk. I'm not interested in the real black stuff, but might be in the others.

I hate to say it but you wont get what they're worth with something like you're describing. Because of the potential risk for a new buyer if they make some mistakes they will most likely offer you pennies on the dollar unfortunately.

Your best bet would be to find someone who is willing to invest
in a blackhat site, research some potential buyers. You could do
a quick auction on flippa, but if your site is worth $100k+ then it
might get a little more attention than the average micro adsense site
    auctions.

    Best of luck!

How much would you sell a site on auto pilot generating 2-5k in profits monthly?
