Agree Cyprus will work, so you will also have more options in regards to banking and merchant accounts! That said, stripe.com/atlas may work as well for you if you prefer a US setup!

Forget about Hong Kong if you don't want to pay a arm and a leg for a simple setup!

In HK a company will cost you about $500-600...the only problem, it is more and more difficult to open an account to HSBC

Where you pay tax and where your company pays tax are two different things. Just opening up a company in a low tax country won't benefit you unless you personally have your tax residence in a low tax country or a country that don't taxes overseas income. I asume you are jumping on the digital nomad train. It's far more important to figure out how to become a tax residence in another country. Once you have that, you can pretty much pick and chose where you want to incorporate your company.

So when you say this, it's more of where you personally live rather than where the company is. If you live in Norway and open a company in Seychelles... that is not going to help you at all and you are in a world full of headache.

If you want to travel and and pretty much pay close to zero tax, come back with more information... such as what your company activity is, where you are a residence etc..
