My client wants to register a domain in this fashion:

    company1-versus-company2.com

I reckon there is a great chance of him being harassed by both companies.
He doesn't care, he's from 3rd world country, but which registrar does not give a shit about it either?

Is there a chance of the domain being seized? How to avoid this?

I think that this is simply not possible. In final cases ICCAN gives final word about this and not domain registrars. It's usually decided of if it's used in "good faith" or something like that, if not and trademark is used domain name is going to be brought down in most of the cases if brand with registered trademark is in question.

    Sounds right.
Was wondering how sites like paypalsucks.com and similar brand haters could operate. It's not a 'good faith' kind of site.
