Where to post the article?

Okay, so I have written a review for a product that has pretty low competition. I would like to publish this article now but have no idea where. I tried those PR websites, but either they are paid or dont allow you to put links in your article. I dont have my own website to post this article to either.

So where would be the best place to publish my article and rank it on search engines? Looking for something free as I would like to do this method completely free.

You can publish it on medium.com, just don't expect any results from it.
 
Yeah. If you have your own site then you can do all kinds of shenanigans to rank your article, but you can't do those with medium. There is no harm in posting it on, chances are that it may rank, but if it doesn't then you can't do anything.
 
You can try posting it to reddit and buy some upvotes. But ideally, build yourself a blog.
 
You might want to consider medium or better yet, post it on your blog.

But I think you are getting way ahead of yourself.

Posting a review article is usually not enough to move the needle.

Unless you are doing a review of products that have a decent search volume and almost zero competitors, I don't expect your review article to go anywhere anytime soon.

But don't get depressed.

The way to play this game is to put up a blog and fill it with content that are related to the questions that people looking for your product are already asking.

This is how you build credibility with Google.

When you create content based on informative themes, eventually, your site will get enough attention from Google that you can rank your commercial content like reviews.

You should write "Guest Post + your niche" on Google, see what it comes up
 
Easiest, cheapest and well tested blog isss….. no not wordpress its GHOST.ORG

You can post on medium.com or techsite.io.
These are the authority site, which is indexed in google.
 
Try guest posting on a relevant site. Aff link might not get published but you can buy a domain and redirect to your aff link in that case.

You can post on high da and pr sites like wordpress,medium,weebly,livejournal etc
 
Well just dont expect to get succesful with just 1 review article .I advise you to buy a domain 10$ and a host 5$ per month and start creating at least 2 or 3 review articles per week ,or 2 daily if you have the time .Be patient and work hard and you will see results

Most of medium articles have "noindex" tag so good luck ranking them.

No gust posting website will accept a post with an affiliate link

To OP: Reddit would be a good choice... but you need to do a bit of research to find relevant subreddits.
 
For maximum effect, review articles need to be published on your blog. Anything else is useless.
