Where to mine ?

Hello guys after i successful build my small farm, and start mining i notice that every site have different percentages of rewards so im wondering if some of you using Nicehash, Poolin or some other service and if you can tell me which one is stable and which one generate more proffit.

Currently hash power around - 250 TH/s and 550 Kh/s
