My suggestion to you is to look into scaling any methods that you may already being profiting from. Don't feel you need to invest the whole $1k. Money in the bank is rarely a bad thing.

Buy a domain and some cheap hosting - total 50$ or less. Start building your website, doing seo, writing content. After a while you will see you don't do some tasks very well or are anoyed when you do them. Then outsorce those tasks to other. I personally invest most money in buying software, content, and PVAs. Everybody has different skills. Find what you do best and oursorce everything else. But don't invest all at once without having a particular plan.

Depends on your circumstances and what you know already. As mentioned before if you are making money online, scale and replicate. Once you can do that, figure out how to make it faster and outsource.

If you have never made anything online I suggest doing your research and find/build a very well thought out plan and follow it to the end. You will probably require assistance throughout implementing your plan so build connections and relationships with other successful marketers while getting small bits of help. Don't expect them to spoon feed you but if you approach correctly and ask for a bit of help a lot of times they will get you started in the right direction. Do not buy products while following your plan. In other words, get a solid plan and don't get distracted when you work it.

my 2 cents, hope it helps. Good Luck!!

Doo some keyword research and buy or make a micro niche site and spend the whole $1000 on ranking it number 1 then get your money back through adsense within 2 weeks of it getting to number 1.

Invest it in an aged domain, a good plan of action and some fantastic seo tools.

HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT spend your $$$ on PPC.

Well, let me rephrase/clarify. It sounds like you may not know too awful much about PPC. Years ago it was a lot easier to get in the PPC game (asuming we are talking about Adwords) but these days generating a positive ROI is much more difficult, especially if you are not well versed in the intricaces of it as well as advanced testing and optimization techniques.

It is VERY EASY to burn through cash fast using PPC. In fact, for real players in the PPC game it is pretty much expected that you will burn through a lot of $$ in the process of actually ending up with an optimized ad that converts well enough to yield a good ROI.

Just my 2 cents. If you are going to get into PPC, read up a lot and at least split your investments into $100 intervals...and test test test. If you find something that works great, if not then move on.

As for FB PPC...there are a few members on here that are much more knowledgable than me. I would reach out to them if that is what you are considering. My only generalization is that FB PPC is best used to build lists, or convert simple zip/email submits or used on content locked sites if you know how to do it right. Social Media traffic from FB typically won't just "buy" something.

    Anyway, best of luck buddy!

I do have a JV of mine I might be able to get you in on. If you are interested just PM me, if not no worries friend :D
