where to host my " Watch movies online " website ?
Am not willing to upload movies on my website , am just going to put some megavideo embded code
can you please recommend a good webhost that allow that

My Advice would be to find some cheap hosting overseas, that is where I usually host most all of my sites. If you can get access to it, try ovh.

yeah you can host with any shared hosting company as long as you are prepared for your account to be terminated one day (backup files daily).

Is there any hosting companiy where I don't have to worry about getting banned , Like some russian ,chinese webhosting ?

I mean where you guys host your illegal staff ?

To be honest you will be fine. I would get a VPS actually. Check webhostingtalk.com for offers. But as lazylow mentioned, do daily backups. Guys do it for $5 a month if you look around

Still , no guarantees for me , You know most webhosts will say that.

What? I'm not here to rip people off for 10 bucks lol, I'm not just going to take your site down unless I recieve a DMCA. It's not offshore but I'll be more leniant than the majority of other non-bulletproof hosts.

No-one can "guarentee" you anything - I've had sites taken down that were hosted offshore after the legal team of the company I was infringing tracked me down, so no-where is 100% safe really.

he's saying every host would leave the content up until the got a DMCA. Which to me makes perfect sense (no major hosing company can police all the content they host themselves). So what are you offering that a major hosting company wouldn't already offer?

not saying what you're offering isn't better. I'm just saying you haven't differentiated yourself at all from the major hosting companies.

anddd at the OP...theres a ton of methods out there, why not try one that isn't illegal in most countries..save yourself the headache and heartache when all of this eventually blows up (and if you get big enough for it to make you a living, it will). just my 2 cents.

Thanks mate but I've always wanted to start a movie site because everybodies are doing it. Movie sites are like a trend now in the major website marketplaces , they sale like hot cakes. I also wanted to know who hosts the big dogs , who hosts warez sites and give Internet users the access to tons of illegal staff. PirateBay used to be the biggest warez site , it was hosted in sweden. If it was in US , I don't think a site like that could ever existed. Anyway , DMCA try to control the situation but I think that's hard , It's World Wide Web , you can't control it.

You can no longer sell movie sites/anything copyright infringing at Flippa anymore, which is the busiest website marketplace. A ton have been sold there last few months but they have just updated their TOS so you can no longer sell them there.

They used to be quite liberal but now are cracking down on movie sites etc.

1. check some existing similar sites and host with whoever they're hosting with.

2. try a china based host who doesn't care about u.s.a. laws.
but if they want you bad enough, then they will get you.
