Where to Hire Post/Article Authors

one of my sites is now providing ~100 a month and i want to hire out the content creation. i lost a link to a bulk article site that was ~60$ for 20 300 word posts.

instead of sifting through all the garbage sites i am finding, i was wondering what this community would recommend in the way of authors. Site? Price/100 words? etc.

that is along the lines of what i am looking for, but i see no prices whatsoever. this could be good but also very bad if they ask upwards of 50/page
