Where to hire a good coder/programmer?

I want to hire a good coder/programmer, to make a script to me...

I already posted it here in BHW, in DP and in GAF...but I got no replies to it...I think it's a bit confusing and difficult...

Where I can find good coders, to make this to me?
I have a good budget, and I'm open to offers...

I agree, scriptlance is a good choice. I haven't used it myself, but rentacoder is another option.

I already posted to GAF and ScriptLance now...
But damn, I think my script is a bit complicated, so I can't explain it in english to the coders LOL

I'll try rentacoder, too =)

Getting a coder from freelance sites is an absolute nightmare. You will be lucky to find a decent coder straight away. If it's a web based script you are after shoot me a PM.
