Where to get US traffic to lower my stats for ADULT offer?

Hey guys, basically I am promoting some adult offers but I need to lower its CV % . Do you know any idea how could get some US visitors? They can be trash, but they just have to visit the website for like 5 secs and thats it.
I tried 10k hits but those views arent counting for some reason and Hitleap doesnt accept adult offers.
Also I need to get like 50 visits a day and 500 a day Not in bulk like 10k a day, just something around 50-500 which I can set.

Any Ideas fellow BlackHatters?

That first one is too big, i dont need that much traffic.

Perhaps TrafficHolder.Com will work for your needs. I have used them many times over the years.
