Where to get traffic for doing HR Youtube views?

What about getting a VPN and sending around 20-30 views per proxy and then changing the proxy again.

Sounds a lot of work!
Probably there is quickier way to get many hits from many IPs.

the guy just presented a sales pitch for 1500$ on skype and when i told him i can provide the traffic to his script page and if my video will get 1000 views and not stop at 301+ he just went offline...
he did have some of the answers to my questions as far as PLID / CPN argumets go in the query but i don't think that someone who has something like this can't get traffic or appeals to VPN spamming as "Sounds a lot of work! and just wants to get a lot of hits from many ip's (proxies)
the guy obviously doesn't have a clue about proxies and such and even if he has the script he got it by chance and doesn't know how to work it

stay away with this guy....he basically copy pasted Clickbank Atlas content and renamed it with his name...how smart is that but Karma's a bitch...

I tried a bot to my YT vid, I sent 435 views but only got 20 views on my vid ....hahaha so I guess bot wont work that easy
