i have a license follow liker but i couldn't open it now because maybe i have the old version

i tried to contact followliker but it's so hard to get any answer since they answer every 10 hours or more

how do i get the new version followliker 8.4.6?

Have you tried uninstall/reinstall? Turn off your virus and or malware software when you do.

yup tried to install and reinstall and no anti virus running

but im getting that database error

Uninstall it and download the updated version by going through your email and finding that download link. Try that and see what happens
