Can anybody help on this one?
Google Images - Labeled for reuse
I use: https://pixabay.com.
Cant find a good image for my keyword
no good images for my term

Paid Stock Images :
What kind of image are you looking for? No need to be specific.
something related to hair fall
I'd suggest investing in a designer.
They can create the exact image you're looking for.
Using google search for images is effective, but won't allow you to get the exact message you want to convey.
Google images, labeled for reuse
Canva.com(and edit images on it)
I use fiverr for drawings, custom clipart stuff
I am also a photographer, with access to full studios and all equipment ever needed, so if I can't find one, I make it and sell some of the other images from the shoot off to offset the costs.
Btw what does it costs you?
you can buy images from shutterstock.com
Hair fall? Assuming you mean hair loss?
You might need to do some keyword research/variations to get to the image you need. Play around. @BassTrackerBoats' Google mention is a good suggestion and has always worked for me.
Try various keywords (if I understand correctly) like bald, balding, hair loss, male pattern baldness, hair follicle, thinning hair, hair system, chinese bald cure...
pixabay and free stock images site is all that we use on the blogs.
Spending 3-5$ per image used for a social media post is too much for me. Isn't there a service that you can buy a collection of images for a term (e.g. programming) for sth like $10-15. Or a service you subscribe with a small fee and use any 10-20 photos per month.
Use Shutterstock images
For a quality designer to work with you, they'll charge a good $50+. Getting that awesome design helps you look more appealing to your niche.
If that's too high of a price, then I'd suggest using Shutterstock like everyone else said.
The following site are also good,
I use flicker and shutterstock.. both are good but paid
