Where to get clarification about BST bumping?

So I got a post removed on my BST because I'm only allowed to bump with promotional post once every 72 hours.

I do a promotional every 72+ hours, and I reply to users that have commented on my BST once every 24+ hours. I thought I was within the rules.

But now with a post removed, I want to ask someone for some clarification on that. I don't want to do it here because my explanation could be considered promotional-ish for my BST, and that's not allowed.

Do I PM a mod, or who do I contact about it?
