Where is the best place to request for programmers who can design custom software?
I need software that can download free stock videos and images from stock websites like pexels and pixabay and store them serially on the PC. Something similar to what Pictory AI does (but only the downloading of stock)

This sounds like something that should already exist. Do they have scraping prevention that is causing problems? Or you just want them stored in a certain way?

Also be careful about the flood of PMs you'll get. "Dear bro sir I make best software just pay up front" etc
 
I dont know if such exists, but if you know how Pictory AI and Invideo works, thats exactly what I need. But I am only interested in the search and download angle. Those programs simply use your script to search the free stock websites (using API) and download matching short video clips or images. But they download it to their own server. I need something that wil download to my PC

You don't even need to pay a programmer, there are free applications that do it for you
