Where to find webcam models in europe for a real studio hosting in house

Hello Everyone , i'm starting a studio, we are just planning things , understanding the laws , etc ...
We actually want to bring few models first in our villa , help them grow, and then start accepting applications from home work.

what i'm trying to evaluate is how to actually find girls from europe, i've seen a couple of websites but are mostly US , we are going to be based in Canary Islands , so i believe our market should be europe / east europe.

so i'm looking for advice, if there's some european website for adult jobs, or i need to use social media or whatever .

Direct contact girls on onlyfans, chaturbate or other adult cam sites ( maybe instagram ) that didnt have big audience.

They will be ready to do webcam, but dont know how - your ideal leads.

hi man, I've been in canary islands recently.
try recruiting them via Tinder hahah + many sexy girls on Insta (just look for tenerife GEO location)
 
mmm onlyfans might be a stretch ... i mean u do onlyfans when u already have a follow, and starting from scratch we need to make our name first before contacting someone that already have a decent follow.
chaturbated and other cam site might work , did a fast browse and there's some interesting girls at the bottom of the pages.
Instagram ... that would be ideal , finding girls that want to start webcam but don't know how to. indeed my ideal lead

ahhahahahaha i know , tinder there work great , once i'm on location i believe it might be easy finding girls , we are just trying to understand ... well ... my associates want some garanties that we will find girls. so i'm trying to be proactive .

i mean ... once we offer allowance, and a villa with a pool .... who can resist ? lol

On a serious note, it seems like it might be hard to find these girls. I am in the US, so maybe it's culturally different here, but I think a lot of US girls might think you want to kidnap them or sell them into sex slavery. I wonder if the attitude is different elsewhere in the world? Maybe try Czech republic as there seem to be a lot of porn models from that country. I hope you fill your stable quickly!

ahhahaahha i know right ?

i believe once we start we'll have no problems, and yeah ... usually east european girls have no problems in that field of work .... problem is understanding where to advertise to get new girls who want to start.

btw ... i just asked a girl with barely any ppl in her room, we talked, she gave me few advice, bottomline ... she already was with a studio . lol.

thankfully where we plan to open is fully legal , i don't like the semilegal in romania xD

In Romania the term of "webcam performer" is not defined literally in activity domain list (CAEN code) that's why many people believe that it is illegal or semi-legal, BUT..... you can incorporate such a company and be 100% legal if you select from CAEN list 3 - 4 activities for your company: 1- managing a website platform, 2-video streaming and 3-exclusively online sales activities (some companies also select another CAEN that literally means earning from affiliates and also it is possible to select another CAEN that means earning from advertising platforms). The cam girls usually are hired as "IT computer operator"- this is a term that hide their real activity so in case of unexpected raid of authorities the girls will have problems if they will find them naked but in CAEN list does exist the activity of "entertainment artist" - this is the term of the activity that help you to be a cam girl/boy 100% legal. You can not work with unemployed models (you need at least a contract that will justify why the girl is naked in your house, they are at least 18, they not consumed weed and also it will justify that they are not doing prostitution + it does specify who will pay the income taxes, it is you as company or it will be paid by the model). Your cam studio must be at minimum 250 meters away from church or school , no explicit advertising on your building and the windows must be covered with curtains (this is the text from the law).
 
Your problem here is not getting cam girls, since is easy to post jobs even in news papers, buy Google ads, etc, but can you guarantee income for them?
