Hey there,
refining my search from a couple days back: Where do I find people that are very good at English? They should be able to write it flawlessly and have an interest in the language. Do you have any idea where I could find such VAs? Preferably from India, I've so far had very good experiences with them. Has anyone of you e.g. ever tried reaching out to university graduates from Indian unis, if so, how does it work? And do you know if the Upwork estimate of $10-30 per hour is actually what you typically find on the platform or does it also go way below that? I currently have VAs do it for $1.5 and they are already pretty good, but not as fluent as I would wish. Any ideas?
