Where to find RENTERS of sites (ad space) or perhaps buyers (other than flippa)

I know the obvious site flippa for selling sites.

I'm more interested in a place that people would go to in order to rent ad space on various niche specific sites.

I've been trying to find advertisers for some sites of mine that are geographically targeted for various HIGH payout type service niches. It would be great if I could find a place where they came to me instead.

There must be some site that business owners or their marketing team can go to in order to look for sites like this to advertise on?

I don't particularly have an interest in outright selling of the sites unless the price tag was absurdly high, as my sites will easily bring in 7-10k+ per month just for ad space fees in exchange for the type of traffic it would send the advertiser.

    Thanks for any tips

Http://Text-link-ads.com may be an option for you as well (alternatively I have affiliate link in sig).

It is similar to buysellads, but is targeted more at PR side of things, don't know if that would suit you?

Cool I'll check them out thanks. It sounds like you have not used them personally though?

Have you used them personally? Can you fill me in on what kind of results you got? If so I would gladly sign up under your aff link thanks.

Please share what you find out in your search in this thread and I will do the same so we can both benefit.

Are all you guys mainly selling your own, or perhaps aff products, on your sites and are looking for increased revenue from other relevant advertisers, or are you designing sites for soley this purpose?

Cool thanks, any personal experience? If so what was it?

That doesn't even make any sense to the context of this thread, and is obviously a weak attempt to artificially inflate your post count (like it matters), another case where there should be a 'your a retard' button next to the thanks button. Provide some value or don't trip my email alert with this waste of time type garbage. I can't fucking stand 'posts' like this.

No personal experience yet. I was actually looking to advertise on a blog I found and that's how I stumbled across it. The blog I was looking at used that company for selling ad space. The prices seem pretty good for sellers too.

    Lol @ this post ^^

The "I'm a retard" button is genius. Let's start a petition for it :D

I have personal experience with buysellads. I actualy started my very first campaign on buysellads 4 days ago. You can find ad space there for as low as 10$ per 30 days on sites with decent traffic.I have over 40k impressions and 130 clicks in 4 days. My advice - do research before you buy space (check site in alexa for demografic, pageviews and all this) chose the right offer and create your own banner. And keep experimenting. With buysellads you can change your offer anytime so you have 30 days for testing.
    Good Luck

Thanks for this, as this is the sort of response I value most, actual experience, appreciate it. While this doesn't seem to be exactly what I'm looking for in regards to my op (need very specific advertisers on my site), it is something I'm going to check out and test as a new advertising venue for my various products/services.

    Thanks again.
