    Hello,

    I've been looking for some stats about China(GDP, Infllation, Trading...) for 2016 preferably, 2015 will also do, but I struggle to find anything decent, every single source says different thing.
    I know china is not very open about these things, I have found their official .gov website with stats, but latest stats are for 2014 and aren't clear at all

    So I would like to know where do you get these kind of stats? I've tried a lot of sites, oecd.org, stats.gov.cn, bloomberg etc. but values vary so much

    Thank you for your help :)

    If you are writing about China use the Chinese stats if project is for a non-western audience and the western sourced stats if its for a western audience.

    China's stats are suppressed by the government to an absurd extent and any info found should be treated with great caution. If anything, just average some of the more reliable sources like Bloomberg, CIA Factbook, etc. Real stats for China's economy are an impossibility to find with complete accuracy unless you are high up in either the Communist party in China or the government (or both).

    1 Yes, I doubt the "the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC" knows some "secret" data;
    2 The Automobile Association Of China announced car sales of 2015 China was No.1 (For six consecutive years ranked first) of the world comfortably again.
