Where to find lead generation services or phone numbers?

I have scoured the internet for ways to build lead generation locally for a water treatment company. These are no small purchases and mainly target new homeowners and qualifying families.

We currently buy new home owner lists and things like that. Is there any other place to find names and phone numbers? Or local, targeted leads? The idea is to use this data to call and generate traffic and sales.

Go directly to builders, mortgage broker and realtors, etc.

Movers can also be an excellent source of leads.
