    Hi,

I would like to start a project but its quite expensive, so i am thinking of find a team of good programmers to make all the website. Some people told me that indian programmers are cheap, but some of them dont have good programming skills... I am bit afraid of hire a team of indian programmers (working in india) because of that but i want to get cheap price of corse. If someone have experience and have worked with a team of something similiar that can help me choose the best option or give me the contact of them.... I hit the thanks an rep+ =)

    Thank you ;)

    Hi there,

This may not be the perfect solution for you, but you can try a site like www.odesk.com

There, you may post your job and set your fixed price, or an hourly price. Workers will bid on your project, and then you can choose the best one depending on their qualification and price.

You can look at their previous work history to judge their character and how well they perform the work. So, if you spend a bit of time, I am sure you can find someone good!

Freelancer has worked for me in the past. Be careful though a lot of scammers. Pay after the job is complete.

What type of websites are you planning on building as you may not need any actual programers but people capable of just installing and setting up software (webmasters).

Whoever you choose, before you use them for you main projects: get them to do a small test script/program.

Then hire someone else who knows the language, the first programer used to just review/audit their code (if the first programer used php, hire a second php programer etc).

Get the second programer to check what was done by the programer you're looking to hire, get them to point out all the problems, errors, flaws etc they see.

And most importantly: get them to make sure that what their looking at, isn't copyrighted opensurce code, that the 1st programer has just swiped and is passing off as his own work.

Since I've started programming myself, I no longer have the problem of having to hire people, or worrying about over inflated prices for bad work.
