Where to find cheapest shared proxies ?

I need about 1000 proxies for one month to scrape some data from google.
As private proxies would cost much, I think shared will work fine for what I need.

Does anybody know where can I get it ?
Not public proxies and services that scrape proxies from web, but private proxies that are shared with limited number of users.

what is your budget?

try hide my ass share proxy, you pay $25 one time and they send you list of 2-3k proxies every day.
