Lets say I have an idea for a piece of software I'd like to see on cellphones (for example, the "mute" button). Is there a specific coding language that is used for all basic cellphone software? What about just blackberries?

Where would I go to find someone who can code in this language and make a piece of cellphone software. (im not talking about apps, it would need to be a native running piece of software that was on the phone.)

Thanks (this is in the freelance section, if you can do this pm me)

You need to hire a programmer for symbian (for Nokia Handsets), for BlackBerry and Andriod a J2ME programmer would do, however if you need some native access to OS Iam not sure, I guess they offer APIs for their respective OS, for Iphone you will need a Xcode programmer. Post your requirement in freelancer.com and you should be good to go.
