Where to find affiliates to promote fiverr gig?

Any ideas what network to join as an advertiser to find affiliates to promote a fiverr gig?

If anyone has looked into this option, is there a way to track for performance, CPA/CPL as CPC wont be a viable option? If so, what's the setup as I am not sure if conversion can be tracked with fiverr?

Do you have Wordpress? I have a script to where you can have people join using their name and email. They can join your site as a free member or you can charge a monthly fee. You can use some high quality PLR to attract people to your Wordpress site such as a nice eBook or it could be a series of 5 - 10 emails that educate people on something ~ preferably something relevant to your final offer - in any case you can present your offer to purchase your fiverr gig and/or become an affiliate of your gig.
This way you are also building your email list...
Also if you already have an email list built you can give away something for free... take the opportunity to ask them to whitelist your email (this really cuts down on your emails going to spam in the future)...
I know of some programs you'd have to purchase as well... It just depends on your preference and also what kind of gig you are offering. Ideally most people I've seen promote the link to join Fiverr first, then follow with your offer.
