Where to find a templates for CB

Hi there. I am looking to see if any of you fine fellows know where to get a template pack ,something that would make it easy create a landing pages. I am sure there should be a graphics pack somewhere around Black Hat world eh? Been searching all day to no avail.

I would certainly appreciate it aswell. I think most people go on fiverr or some place though and get people to make it...
