I think I have a decent idea for a website. I'm just trying to find a catchy domain for it at the moment.

I'm not sure if it will be profitable or not as the competition is kind of iffy and I may end up getting tons of traffic and NO sales which could make my hosting go up? But my site would charge less and give them a LIFETIME membership for one small fee vs. $10 or more per month like the competition.

I have ZERO skills to build a website. I honestly just can not do it and am not afraid to admit it. When your bad at something and just don't get it, there's no reason to lie to yourself and waste time. Just pay someone to do it for you that knows what they are doing.

If someone built me a site.. I would need to know the ins and outs of it I suppose? So, where do you find a professional that's willing to let you sit in on the design/building process? What do they typically charge?

Are there webmasters here that can do this? I'm kinda skeptical about working with someone on BHW. I've seen quite a bit of so and so stole my $$ threads lately and I also wouldn't want someone to steal my ideas and take advantage of me lol

    Best to find someone local?

IMO a local person would be best. You could try a joint venture via the WWW, but a person to person contact is always best.
