I am thinking to buy some tools for SEO, Social signals, traffic generation etc. in order to sell such services as a side income. The problem is that i have a low budget and teaching myself the skills needed to operate these tools at an expert level will take some time.

Because of the above i need to focus on buying specific tools and learn how to use them as soon as possible. I was wandering where would be the best place to find what services people really need and where to list my own services for free?

Places like fivver may be free to list but are not good because there are too many people selling already similar services.
Big IM forums are out of the question because they need to pay a fee to list to.
Sites for freelancers are over saturated with people selling at super low prices.

So how would you guys approach this issue? Are there any other places i could check out for a potential market?

There is a thread somewhere in BHW mentioning that people had problems in ebay due to noob buyers expecting "magic" results and negative reporting service providers plus its a saturated market like fivver.
