Where to enter ping list in Wordpress 2.8.4

    I just install the version 2.8.4 and I can't find the box which I can enter the ping list. It suppose to be in Setting>Writting , but it just disapear.

    It's about my privacy setting and I've solved it already. Sorry for the confusing. Please ignore this thread.
