He probably means a trust able source that will tell you they will send 1000 visitors and you end up getting 100.

Edit: another junk source would be autosurfs but i have absolutely no experience with this and I think you'll end up with something Jax71 described (you can't be sure about the number of visitors that will end up viewing your site). hope that helped

TrafficHolder is good because it's so damn cheap and you can filter geographically as well as how much you get per hour.

yeah, i also really like the filter option and especially how many people per hour. that way you can calculate your conversions way better and have an easy time adapting your stats to the epN from the network.

by the way does anybody know what the referer is from this kind of traffic? I never really thought about this.

I also agree that TrafficHolder is really a good one. You may try it. It is really cheap and I am sure you can afford it.
