each one costs near $1.5

there are from EE
i read here (don't have URL sorry) that some guys did it from other countries in europe (in Italy & Greece)
I am in France and it works too
a guy said it was also ok with O2 and vodaphone SIM cards
I also have the O2 SIMs but not tried yet
note it's a pain to change the SIM card each time you need it
I bought a cheap phone just for this to protect my personal one
