I need to find some sites to build manual links to. Automation is great but everyone can do it. Maybe some tedious/laborious link building will help. Who has lists of sites with PR (hopefully do follow) for link building?

I used some of the diagrams here that showed web 2.0 sites. I signed up for 20 sites and started commenting.
