Hi all. So I tried registercompass.org, freshdrop.com, and expireddomains.net. Every time I find something decent there, I then go to GoDaddy.com and the prices on the domains are outrageous.

In a nutshell, a valid PR 4 domain, with 30 DA, a 1 to 1 TF/CF ratio, and a good backlink profile will usually have a winning bid of $500 to $700 for such a domain (sometimes the auctions get even crazier than that price range).

I'm sure there must be better ways to find high PR domains for a better price. What other options are there to finding high PR domains that you guys are using?

I can find good domains, but in need of cash.. Would you buy some off me? Good TF/CF not as high PR4 but pr 1, 2 ,3. I hope this is not a violation..

If you are looking to find yourself, try expireddomains.net.. works great for me. Just use specific filters you need.

Try to scrape all the web for pending delete domains and backorder it.
500/700$ per domain it's crazy price! With backorders I'm able to buy some PR4/PR5 domains with amazing backlinks profile (and not only good).

Exactly. Are you using Scrapebox with proxies? How are you able to scrape the web for these pending deletes? If you don't want to post your method publicly in this thread, I would appreciate it if you could send me a PM. Thanks.

The easiest way is to see the list on Pool, download it (it's free) and check all the domains with a tool as Majestic Seo (Bulk checker allows to premium members to analize 150 URLs a time) and choose the best domain with the best backlink profile!

Here the list for the next deleted domains http://www.pool.com/viewlist.aspx

I see. I guess if you download the list from Pool, you have to divide each group by 150 URLs and analyze each group of 150 URLs in Majestic SEO. The main drawback with that is if there are 1500 URLs, you would have 10 different groups of links to analyze. That's an unfortunate limitation with Majestic SEO.

i many years work in this is niche (PR domains buying and selling) - can say one important thing:
you can use different sites which give you info about domains which will be deleted or expired or do it yourself - but in both variants any good domain will go to auction, so you don't have chance buy domains very cheap or for reg fees (but of course $700 for PR4 domain it's expensive price, maybe domain also have traffic or have very many links, because PR4 can be valid and have 50 backlinks but also can be valid and have 5000 backlinks, so price of course will be different)

Find lists of urls and use a broken link checker like Xenu Link Sleuth to find broken links among the lists you found. Then analyse the domains and find out whether they are available for registration or not. This is the cheapest way to find high quality expired domain names. Auctioned domains are usually way more expensive.

This what services like DomainCompass or Expireddomain.net are already doing and listing those domains for every one so the good ones will end up with lots of competition

I monitor Godaddy expiring domains auction everyday along with many other auctions .. the price for a clean PR4 domain with a strong link profile is anywhere from $400 to $1000 (assuming the domain is not one word domain or exact match domain)

Best thing you can do is resorting to PR3 or lower

Search for "better godaddy auctions" and install the Free chrome extension. Look at godaddy closeout domains and scan the list to find domains with PR, DA, TF that others have missed.

    (I help market the extension)

    Hi

Upto my knowledge the High quality domains are mostly in GD auction only..Yes Of course the price is sky high, but cant easily find the alternate way to get such a quality domains mate..If you are go with close outs, name expired,etc... means you can get some quality domains, but the prob is you have register only 1-2 domains / 3+days...it's totally depends on your Hard work as well your Luck :D
