I have a budget of 20$ on which i need to buy a .com domain and webhosting for 3 months , is this possible ?

You don't need $20, you can get that for less than $9.

I can tell you how you can get hosting for one year not 3 months. Get a domain for 0.99$, search in google and you will many good companies offering at that price and hosting for not more than 7.50$ with namecheap which is normally at like $40 but at $7.50 righ now for first year and second year it will be $40. Add Web hosting plan 1 that has 20 gb ssd storage for 3 domains and search for 25% off coupon and apply that to your cart. Done.
