Where can i buy banner ads on sites directly, dont wanna buy ads based on CPM model rather based on the exact website where banner will be placed

you'll have to contact the sites directly and ask them if they accept your banner and for how much. That's the most obvious way. But most sites will probably want to charge you on CPM, so there's no avoiding this

You can try BuySellAds.com, I remember they've had good rates in the past (7-8 years ago??) when I used them, but again, they charge via CPM, so keep this in mind!

Or, if you don't like BSA you can google for "banner display network" or "ads display networks" and see what comes up. If you have a good site (with good organic traffic and in a white hat niche) you could also try joining networks like Mediavine, Infolinks, Advertise.com, Revcontent, etc as advertiser, I think most of these big networks offer a wide range of ad types

Plenty of large sites that have a direct banners sale.
Most of them even provide an advertiser's guide.

There are plenty of sites , you can ask it for in HAF or WTB if you are in need of it.

Find sites in your niche with the right audience. Check their "Advertise with us" page if they have one, or contact the webmaster or advertising team directly. For niche sites that don't have a clear advertising setup, direct email. Speak directly about what you're looking for and what you have to offer. Networking at industry events or even talking to site owners on social media can open doors too.
