This is what I have been doing.
1. Get a VCC/Prepaid card with $10 on it
2. Buy $10 1and1 .coms
3. cancel auto-renew
Even if they try their auto-renew shenanigans that people say they do, they're just going to be charging a card that has no money on it. You can also do this with a new paypal and transfer money into it using your real paypal. They can't take money if it's not there.

I HAD 2 domains with them, even though I cancelled autorenewal they tried to charge me for 38$ a few months later but i cancelled with them the paypal agreement, I am just wondering if they will send after me debt collector...I am from different country...

In the future send them an email saying you can't cancel auto-renew, and request they do it for you. When they do (it may take a few emails of them trying to keep you auto-renewed), archive the email in case they try it.
Although to answer your question, highly unlikely they will try to come after and collect on you.
